TCN Announces Integration Partnership with Alpha IT Services, Accounts Receivable Management Platform Provider

Under this agreement, TCN will serve as the initial dialing platform for MARS, increasing productivity and streamlining payment collections for Alpha IT’s network of partners including credit and collection agencies, banks, law firms and healthcare providers.

Alpha IT Services’ MARS platform is an all-inclusive, PCI compliant accounts receivable application that streamlines account management, including tracking, reporting and reconciling, while also enhancing agent productivity and efficiency. The integration of TCN Platform 3.0 with MARS will provide Alpha IT’s partners with a hosted dialing platform to further streamline payment collection and processing among their customers.
